Snack Ideas

3 Wasa Crackers  (2 pts) topped with 2 Light Swiss Laughing Cow Cheese wedges (Other flavors are ok but the swiss is 2 wedges for 1 pt) and 6 slices (2 each wasa) Oscar Mayer lunch meat.(PF) (1 pt) 4 pts



Cottage Cheese Treat- 1 C. Fat Free Cottage Cheese (PF) (3pts) topped with: Fruit or veggies (PF), some of my favorites are Pineapple chunks and Tomato with cucumber and a mexican style seasoning (Julio's) 3 pts


Green "Salad" 1 C Fat Free Cottage Cheese (PF) (3pts) 2T+2t Sugar Free Fat Free Instant Pudding Mix any flavor- I like pistachio (1pt) 3 T Free Cool Whip (0pts) mix together and top with pineapple (PF).

Variety of vegetable (PF) (Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas, Celery...) and Sabra Hummus (1 oz=2 pts) 2 pts







An afternoon Tea/Coffee Snack- 1 cup coffee/tea, if its coffee top with a small squirt of spray whip cream. and a biscotti cookie (3 pts) 3 pts







Apple (PF) and Weight Watchers Cheese Stick (1pt) 1 pt


Cored apple(PF) "baked" in microwave sprinkled with a little cinnamon. 0 pts

Cinnamon sprinkled apple slices(PF) dipped into Honey Greek Yogut. 3pts


Wraps-

    
 Low Carb Tortilla (1pt) with 6 slices lunch meat (1pt) and Fat Free Cheese slice (1pt).  3pts

Low Carb Tortilla (1pt) with 1 Tbsp  Better'n Peanut butter (1pt) and a banana (PF) drizzle with 2 tsp of honey(1pt) 3pts

Low Carb Tortilla (1pt) 2 Tbsp Weight Watchers Whipped Cream Cheese (2pts) 1-2 Tbsp Salsa (0pts) mix cream cheese and salsa together, spread over tortilla, roll. Refrigerate for about 15-30 minutes to get cream cheese hard again. 3pts

Rice cakes - Mini size 18 4pts  dip in salsa for a 0 pt add on.
