About Me

I am a mother of twins, my life is hectic enough without being overweight!! So here we are. I am going to try my best to do updates on my progress. I will also post recipes that I have enjoyed and my tips to stay on track. Hopefully this time it will hold me more accountable.
I am going to the weekly Weight Watcher meetings. I LOVE Hungry Girl! She has such wonderful recipes and ideas that work with Weight Watchers. I will be making her meals along with this.

This is what my strategy looks like:

I am going to follow the Weight Watchers Plus Points .
Exercise atleat 5 times a week
I will cook simple easy meals! Nothing to difficult or time consuming.
I have a goal to lose +/- 70 lbs we will see how I feel when I get closer to my goal weight of 135.
I will drink 6-8 glasses of water each day and eat my recommended guidelines for fruit and veggies.

OK... READY???..HERE WE GO!!!
